[Case Study] Musashino Co., Ltd. Saitama Noodle Factory

Expansion between the old law and the new law! Key points include the relationship with existing structures, equipment for chilled manufacturing zones, and architectural specifications.

We would like to introduce a case study of a factory that manufactures cooked noodles, which we designed. The manufacturing process involves storing raw materials on the first floor, transporting them to the upper floors, producing noodles on the third floor, boiling them on the second floor, adding toppings, and sorting them on the first floor, creating a flow of "from bottom to top" and "from top to bottom." The relationship with existing structures, the equipment for chilled production, and architectural specifications were key points in the design. [Overview] ■ Location: Kawagoe City, Saitama Prefecture ■ Client: Musashino Co., Ltd. ■ Construction ・Architecture: Ishikawa Construction ・Equipment: Fujita Engineering ■ Structure and Scale: Steel structure, 4 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

One Stop System Architecture Design and Construction Case Study <Machine Parts Manufacturing Factory>

Manufacturing factory for machine parts with overhead crane, improving work environment through economic span.

Leveraging the features of our system construction, we have installed a 2.8t ceiling crane while achieving a large span of 30m. By pursuing an economical design for the column pitch in the longitudinal direction of the building, we have secured a spacious interior while also realizing low costs. The roof is made of double-folded plates, and glass wool is used for the exterior walls, particularly considering the working environment in high-temperature and high-humidity conditions during the summer. Additionally, skylights have been incorporated into the roof, actively bringing in natural light during the day to reduce electricity costs. Construction Location: Hashimoto City, Wakayama Prefecture Building Use: Machinery Parts Manufacturing Factory (Bearing Manufacturing) Building Size: Steel structure, 2 stories, 11,123.28 square meters (3,364 tsubo) Completion: November 2021 *You can view the case materials from the <PDF Download>. For details of the system, please refer to the "One Stop System Construction Introduction Materials."

[Case Study] Shizuoka School Lunch Cooperative Factory Construction Project

Repeating new construction and demolition! A case of building on the same site without stopping production.

We would like to introduce a case study of a manufacturing plant for company cafeteria meals that we designed. The construction was divided into two phases. In the first phase, we utilized the land between two existing factories to build half of the planned building, and in the second phase, after completion, we transferred half of the functions of the existing buildings to the newly constructed section. We built the remaining part of the building on the area where the existing structure was demolished, carrying out the construction on the same site without stopping production. 【Overview】 ■ Location: Suruga Ward, Shizuoka City ■ Construction - Architecture: Taisei Corporation - Equipment: Kinden Corporation, Suga Industries ■ Total floor area: 3,100 m² ■ Structure and scale: Steel structure, 2 stories above ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
